How do I make a purchase?

Making a purchase is easy. Simply select your items, along with size, click “add to bag” and then “proceed to checkout” and follow the straight forward prompts on screen.

What if I receive the wrong product?

First of all, we apologized for the mistake. Please contact us immediately so we can arrange the new shipment of your right product.

How will I know that you received my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an email of confirmation from us along with your order number.

Before we can dispatch your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. To avoid delays please ensure that your billing details are correct and matches the address on your credit card statement. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. 

Payment for the products and all applicable delivery charges will then be taken.

After your details have been verified and the item(s) located, your order will then be shipped.

Should any of the item(s) you have ordered be unavailable you will be quickly informed of the out-of-stock styles(s) and your payment for the item(s) will be refunded.expanded

Am I able to track my order?

Yes, once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email of notification from us including your tracking number

Can I order by telephone?

We suggested to order via website directly as it will be easier to managed and track once you have ordered. However, if you find any difficulties, please contact us via WhatsApp at +62 813 1049 1349

What payment are you accepting?

Our primary payment will be a bank transfer to BCA Account (the account number will be mentioned in the payment page). We also accept credit card payment via Xendit.

Once you placed an order, you'll receive the amount to transfer and the account number. Please confirm once you have paid your payment, so we can proceed with your order(s) right away.

How do I find specific products?

If you know exactly what you are looking for please click on “Search” and enter the style name in the search box.

Alternatively, once you are looking at “All Shoes” you can select a category from the filter bar.

How do I know when an item is in stock?

Most shoes are in stock and will be available for purchase.

Please be aware that even if the product is in your shopping bag it isn’t reserved and will therefore be available to other customers while you are browsing.

What if an item is out of stock?

Unfortunately, sometimes we won't be able to add more batches as we produced limited products with limited materials. If the product is sold out, you may check their other variant and color.

How do I know your sizing?

Size may vary to each products. Please see the description on each product for the right sizing. Size 35 and 41 are upon request. please email us atcontact@danliem.comfor custom size.

Do you offer any exchanges?

Yes, if you feel like you want to size up or down, we do offer exchanges. However, our exchange policy lasts 14 days only. If 14 days have gone by since your receipt of purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags and labels attached. Every item is checked prior to dispatch and kept as a record. Any intentional damage to the product prior to return will be charged in full and cannot be returned. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be accepted. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt of goods will not be accepted.

Shipping

What are your delivery times?

Our regular shipping terms are delivered between 3-5 business days from the date of order placed. Once the order has been dispatched, we will inform you directly. Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you gave us. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to change this once an order has been placed.

How much will shipping cost?

The shipping cost for Indonesian region is IDR15,000 per product, and apply to across all regions.

In what packaging my goods will be delivered?

Your order will arrive in a DAN LIEM box and come with two dust bags. The shipment will also use the additional corrugated box.
